1. Booking & Service

• Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the given time and location.

2. Payments

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• We accept UPI, cash, and online payments at the time of service or booking.

3. Delays & Cancellations

• If we are delayed due to weather or operational reasons, we will notify you in advance.

• Customers are requested to give at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure valuables are removed before the cleaning. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

• Provide access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

5. Damage Disclaimer

While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues unrelated to our cleaning service.
