At The Vehicle Wash, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair refund and service resolution policy.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • A service was paid in advance but not delivered

  • You cancel the service with at least 2 hours’ notice before the scheduled time

  • You are dissatisfied due to a service quality issue and report it within 12 hours

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

As a service-based company, no physical products are sold, so returns are not applicable. If any issue arises, we will offer a re-clean or service credit based on the situation.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking once without extra charge, provided you give at least 2 hours’ notice.
